i guess you could use this hack for like layout change updates that you dont want people commenting one (like for provance since they dont want people saying “nice layout” and all)

thanks gaile. there are cases where you don’t want people to comment on certain entry. you might not see the need, someone might. anyway.. just an extra option to your blogging script.

i realize the display text doesn’t yet work for comments_popup_link function. i’m still working on it.
