YEAH killing for honor is increased from several years,but for sure i want to tell u something
it is not about religion but about culture,in Islam for example no one can kill any one unless 4 trusted ppl said that they saw this girl or that man did a sinn,and there is rules to treat every single case
no one can take any one life that easy,about a man make love to his sister even not in Islam,it is not normal,so that woman fixed the sin with another sin,any how,, i know a true story about a christian girl who loved a Muslim man and converted to Islam to be with him but all her family fight her,and after a while governess took action and said that girl must not be with that Muslim man and take her convert to Islam as not allowed and they send the girl back to her family
in same night her dad came to her room find her reading Quran he beat her very hard with a big stick broken her head then threw her from the balcony to the street,she died,u wanna hear more stories about another christian girls?i got proves 2 if u need any records,all i say here stop accusing Islam for killing our own kids.READ ABOUT ISLAM AND QURAN RULES AND ORDERS BEFORE U POST NON SINCE,ALLAH BLESS ALL GOOD PPL

This is the sad story of may young and old women in the world that have been kill by such inconceiveable crime. Women over centuries and centuries have been oppressed by the Male ego that issued on the emotional ties of Pride And anger. I feel that men and some women think that women should live a life of servitude that only catters the mans needs and the children. Why is that some men think that women are thier to serve or are not on that same level or value as men? It really makes me wonder why? My heart goes out the the women that are victims of such crimes.

Ugh, the most disgusting things happen. So unfair and just pure insanity! Family killing each other and so on. If things has to end this way then screw the rules!

she is being prosecuted. but since this kind of crime is “accepted” by the commons, it’s not likely she will stay in the jail for too long. read the other news article about honour killings.

yes i read about the serial killing case in some blogs. killing for personal gains or out of craziness happens everywhere in the world. but killing for viginity (esp. after raped by the brother).. that’s just too much…..

Actually, it’s more of a ‘doing it for the religion’. If you’ve visited muslim countries or talked to people who come from countries where the majority is muslim (which I assume you havent from your irgorant comments), theyre viewpoints are very radical. Males are curcumcised in the name of religion no matter what it says in the Quran. It doesn’t happen in some places either. Do a little more research and start travelling instead of visiting sites setup by little teenys who are so intriuged by a certain culture that they create websites finding excuses for its flaws. Try telling a devout muslim in a muslim country like indonesia for example that you think islam isnt a culture and see what happens to you. If youre lucky… you might get to crawl out of the country alive.

You know the recent terrible killing in China? One man got arrested after he killed 60 or more people in two years. The other man was caught after he kiled 17 boys and wounded one.

though I might clear this up..that is simply –ignorant–. If you research more into honour killings you will see that they, just as female genital mutilation are a CULTURAL thing and have -nothing- to do with a certain religion,. In islam for example I know that this is not tolerated, it happens in -some- places in the world becuase of the cultural influence within their lands.

That is very sad though

That is bad. I feel so bad for the people that have died because of this. This is just as bad a wife burning. I just can’t understand how a mother can kill er own child. No matter what, I just can’t see it.
