interesting diet

when i went to china star, the chinese restaurant i usu. go to for lunch, it was full. i had to share a table with this old white guy who invited me to sit with him. he was eating a plate of plain steamed white rice with about 3 tablespoons of hot sauce on top of it. and that’s all he was eating.

i konw the hot sauce is extremely hot. even tho i love spicy food, i only get about half a tablespoon of it each time i order my shirmp lao mian.

americans never fail to amaze me how bizarre they can get.

That is just the diet culture difference between rice and bread.:-) I think you must be by far used to that.

Even I think that’s strange, and I’m American.

maybe it’s because of like all the fat foods he has eaten; there has come this protective film in his intestines to protect him against the hot sauce…

haha it’s not everyday here to see that. i don’t see people putting 3 tablespoons of hot sauce on their bread either.

Doesn’t sound too strange to me. My sister does that with rice & atanu (hot pickle type thingy) :/
