bubo sleeping 
bubo is very smart and obedient for a puppy. unfortunately he’s not trained to use potty properly indoor. he seems to understand he shouldn’t poop at home so he tries to give signals when he needs to go. once outside he’s too busy playing than pottying. that’s usually a problem. we’ve spent a lot of time with him over the weekend esp. andy. a few times bubo didn’t poop until he gets home from playing outside. he never had an accident on the carpet since we tend to confine him around the kitchen area where the floor is plastic. there are 3 different sections.
first the laundry room is where bubo is confined when he’s asleep.
he can play in the kitchen when we are around
the third (is now proven not working) is suppose to be the area he’s confined when we are out of the house.
he certainly got himself OUT of there when i got home today. he probably went through this hole:
since he’s so tiny.
bubo doesn’t like to be confined. no dogs would. but we have no choice. so he whines and gets very nervous when we leave him confined. many times he pissed right before the gate. poor bubo.
it’s not too bad tho. he seems to cope with it.

May 25th, 2004 at 4:07 pmhave you tried crate training? I’ve heard that’s wonderful - you confine the dog there when you’re not home and at night, and it becomes kind of like his own den that he will eventually go to for naps and other things.

except he never seems to potty at night. he always wait til we get up. andy gets up very early and will continue to do so.
Yeah… you can’t really expect him to lean right away. He’s a damn cute little doggie, though XD
He will learn eventually, though… a friend of mine had a golden retriever puppy and he used to poop all over the kitchen floor… but now he’s fine… I think all dogs would, really… it’s a strange new environment to him…
I can’t get over how cute bubo is. 
I just want to give him a squeeze. you know when you get an overly adorbale stuffed animal and you suffocate it to death? Haha I’m worried I’ll do that if I ever get a baby.

I have a 5 month old Shih-Tzu and I never had the heart to crate train him. I bought a crate and got all prepared, but it broke my heart to see him locked up. He is very smart though and even though i let him loose around the house, he still manages to poop & pee on those puppy pads. Btw, Bubo is adorable. I wish u the best of luck with him.
Hey! Best of luck with the new adorable pooch! I’ve been hearing a lot of dog news lately.. mine had to go to the vet yesterday to have a foxtail taken out of her front paw.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… your pup is adorable! He looks like a teddy bear

yes there are two types of pomeranian. one looks like fox and the other looks teddybear. he’s the teddybear type.
it’s hard to train puppies when they are that cute! i should know, my three year old shih tzu still isn’t trained!
our cat pooped on the carpet because we just moved and he coulnd’t find the litter in time 
They should invent litters for dogs!
I want a puppy! Bubo is just so perdy - you are so lucky. Good luck with the training, he will be the best pooch around!

Oh yes he is so sweet! Makes me want a cute baby puppy just like him. So cute.
