i agree that buddyland is not so necessary. and not many people use it anyways. most people just write alist of buddies in their profile anyhow.
also the theme background music,, im not sure if ive ever used it even once. so this sounds like a good idea just to leave all of the unnecessary things behind and keep all of the strong qualities. :) goodluck!

I think it’s good that you’re just rewriting a lot and not moving onto a new script :) I tried phpbb once, and I must admit I didn’t like it much. Templating gets really difficult, and all the funcitons you need seems to be in seperate files that’s impossible to find. *shrug*
