Hi,
I used to use the same smilies as you do now a few years back, but I lost them and have been trying to find them again. Does the creator or site still exist for them to be downloaded? I remember there were also different coloured sets.

That is very pretty. Reminds me of when I went to Hong Kong as a child and they had lights all through the streets and on the buildings.
