we started to jog today. it’s quite wet outside around 7 coz it rained all day. it was windy too. so we didn’t last too long. i thought it was a good start.
andy got his scale from his bro’s today so we measured our weights. andy said since we will be replacing fat with muscle (written by dorky dodo as “muscle mass with fat” the first time), our weights might even go up. is that true, what you think?
i did a horrid job cutting andy’s hair today. the worest job i’ve ever done :P he’s not really mad but he definitely doesn’t want me to show a picture of his hair LOL poor andy…
i also did the regretless store 2 today with jenn’s design. i’m working on a new layout for regretless. i’m done with the graphics and the frame code, i just need to find time to implement it. i need do the extra shop section for it now

Dodo, you are so wonderful! Thank you so much for helping me with my site! Horrid is one my favorite words, despite it’s negative meaning. Jenn’s design is really awesome!
HAHAHHAHAHAHA… LOL at myself horribly.. yes i think i mean the other way around. andy says i’m a dork =P
*snap* That’s so weird as I’ve just come back from running now! I’ve started 2 full weeks of running this morning to try to turn fat into muscles & not muscles into fat ^_^
Hopefully you meant ‘replacing FAT with MUSCLE MASS’ otherwise you need to change that exercise plan you’re on
