Isn’t it easier to just choose “md5” from the Function dropdown and then type your own password? 🙂 Mysql then converts what you typed in to md5 for you, and updates the database with it.

cant you go to other people’s wp lost password page (http://pixelate.ai-fragment.net/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword) and enter your information? never really tried though.
like ppl who changed their email address etc.
