I found a page that contained some smilies that I liked. I also have version 2.3 for wp. I’m hosted and well I don’t have a wp-includes folder.

I was checking out a tutorial to add smilies to my wp blog and i’m supposed to add a folder to the wp-includes file that of which I don’t have (odd). I have wp-content and the folders in that file are: plugins,themes, and uploads.
