it’s FINALLY WORKING!!!

christ, i was about to kill someone. this setcookie function in php is so screwed up. i spent most of my day trying to figure out how to get it to work correctly. thanks to ranmaguy and michel’s tips. i still don’t understand why i HAVE TO use a redirection in order for it to work. if i put the exact same code in the files, it just won’t work. ISN’T THAT WEIRD?
there are still only two themes right now. but this time when you change, it’s gonna STAY ON YOUR COMPUTER. means if you close your current browser and open a new one, then type in http://prue-essence.net. you should see the last theme you chose instead of the default theme. if not, hahaha, i’m calling 911.
now it’s matter of converting the ENTIRE site. will probably take me quite a while. after that, i will add more themes

well, since this is my first blog, i’m sure i should have something profound to say, but I really don’t. Albatross! There. I am at my mid session break in Calculus, suppose I should go back. “blech”
Just printed out 4 copies of my Comp. paper. 80 PAGES!!!! I feel like I am carrying a novel around in my folder now. This had better get passing with distinction on the first submission, cause I don’t want to have to print it all out again!!!!!!!!

’s such a sweetie. she gave me a CUTE CUTE easter gift. now i feel bad for not giving enough gifts for other people. i will try to get as many as possible. here’s a gift i want to give EVERYONE who visits pure essence.
i couldn’t fall asleep last nite and i worked on the themes for this site. just to see how i can make it work. i have to use cookies to store the name of the theme and stuff but it’s not working correctly >< cookies are SOO annoying.. maybe some day i will figure them out... sigh...
btw, i’ve only done the domain section and the blog section. since it’s not completely working yet. i’m not eager to implement the other sections.
i somehow got andy agreed to blog with me LOL. i doubt he will blog often but he said he might try. so i added the “post by” thingie in case you got confused =P
