Too Busy

Honey!! It’s TUMMY! Anyway, I have been verging on the edge of karoshi for the last two weeks. I get up in the morning at 7 AM and drive to college which is about 1/2 hour away. There I stay until 3 PM and come back to Iowa City and work at KFC from 4-11 PM. that makes for a 16 hour day Monday through Friday. But the bills get paid!!
I at least have the weekends off now so that I may complete homework and watch Iowa Football!! The first game of the season my brother and I got tickets to go to, but the food at the games is EXPENSIVE! So being a genius I decided to go to the grocery store and purchase a bunch of food and stash it inside my shirt. I then concealed it with a sweater and jacket and appeared as nothing more than a fat football fan. When we got into the stadium I took off my jacket and sweater and pulled out:
4 Bottles of Lemonade
4 Fruit pies
2 King size beef jerky
I saw all of the other fans with their $3.50 hot dogs looking jealously at our goodies. It was such a dis.
The other funny thing is my supervisor at the workstudy up at Automotive Tech is a hybrid mouse. Don’t understand??? Whenever he goes to scratch his nose he takes both hands and rubs his backhands against his nostrils just like a mouse does when it is cleaning itself. The moments will last for minutes sometimes. But the worst was when I was driving with him to jump start a car on campus and he came to a stop sign. There were two good looking girls walking in front of the truck and right when they turned to look at us he started doing his nose thing!!! I about died!! It was so embarrassing.
why am i so tired?

i want to sleep so bad. i don’t even know why. i went to sleep around after 12am last nite and then i got up around 9:30 this morning. i was soooooo tired. sleepiness accompanied me throughout the day. now i’m home. i managed to cook something for andy and worked on my math homework and the new layout for finesse… i can bearly keep my eyes open now…
you think i got african sleepiness disorder (or whatever it’s called)

can you believe i actually feel calc III is my easiest math class this semester? so far anywayz.. isn’t taylor polynomial sweet? will you like to do my homework. for example, today we have to prove how f(n) is theda of g(n) when the limit of f(n)/g(n) is a, as n goes to infinity, where a > 0. i swear my calc III homework last nite was so much easier. at least my homework for algorithm and numercial analysis are not due until 9/19. i will have some time to dig around for gold LOL
on the other hand, i really love the program we are using for calc III. maple rocks! so does matlab. i think taylor polynomial is so much easier with matlab. how about graphing 3D and you get to rotate the graph whatever way you want? yummm :9
at least i don’t have to cook today. hehe.. andy forgot to take his lunch today so i get a freebie. he will just take today’s for tomorrow. anyway, you probably won’t see me online too much these days.
our TWO YEAR anniversary

andy and i celebrated our two year anniversary today. last nite i showed him my webpage for him, and gave him his card and gift. his gift was a two dvd set of NIN’s live concert. he was thrilled. he didn’t expect any. after he got everything, he looked very touched and squeezed me so tight *smile*
today we went to the Amanas!! awww.. they’ve got the BEST FOOD!!! my stomach still craves for them. everything in the restaurant was homemade. my favorite was the sauage, roast beef, pudding, and cheesecake. the pudding smelled so good. it was nothing like anything i have eaten before. and the cheesecake was so rich… yumm yumm yumm
at nite we went to this newly opened afro oriental store and we found a surprise - baklava. it’s my first time trying it out. it’s sooooo good 
if you haven’t tried it. you are really missing something big!

the weirdest thing is i could NOT feel anything inside of the envelop. i was wondering if leah intended to mail me an empty envelop. finally i figured out.. the envelop itself is the letter isn’t leah tricky?

first day of hk clock

andy jumped up from the bed this morning and acclaimed “help!” when the hellokitty alarm went off. that long singing and “good morning” greeting scared the **** outta him. he struggled for another minute to turn it off in panic. i could only feel his aggressive body motion around the bed. then i heard him yelling “that will certainly make sure i wake up the rest of my life”… i was so tired but i couldn’t help to laugh.. i kept laughing for another minute even tho my eyes were closed and my mouth didn’t really want to open…

last nite and this morning

andy always forgets to do his scalp treatment. he supposes to do it after shower and after his hair gets dry. he rarely remembers it. so last nite i suggested to him: how about i stick a note on the mirror in the bathroom and after he takes his shower, he sticks it his forehead, so he’d remember. he said a sweat band would work better.
this monring he slept thru his alarm. he was so mad and claimed he would use the old radio alarm again. i was terrified. i hate that radio alarm. it always scares me. so i pulled out our lovely hk clock this morning. that will be a perfect choice! imagining waking up every morning with this!
under such a sweet amtosphere, i’ve decided to join her singing!

i was looking thru all the stuff for anniversary in hallmark today and i found them all so dull. so i’ve decided to make andy a special card myself this year. i want something to represent us. i finally chose kitty and bear. he always calls me kitty and i refer him as my bear. and guess what, i found this perfect garfield cartoon with his pet bear, lovely…
so here’s the card.. cover, inside.. I will print it out from the color printer tomorrow. you think he will like it?

My first assignment for calc III includes a problem where we try to match the two variable equations with their graphs without a calculator. i dont even know where to start. thank god Paul gave me some hints and he found this awesome free graphic calulator online that does SO MUCH cool stuff. i’d really recommend you to try it out even if you won’t take calc III in your life. 3d graphs are SOOO cool LOL

i swear i should NEVER NEVER NEVER cook anything besides in the microwave while i’m on the computer. but just like everyone else, i never learn.
yesterday i wanted to have some tea so i filled up a pot with water and left it on the stove. i reminded myself over and over that i needed to check on it in five minutes before i got on the computer. however the next time i suddenly stood up and ran to the kitchen, i saw the pot was burnt into a brown color and there was no water left in the pot. smoke filled the kitchen….
i know i will make sure i cook water in the microwave now. thank god someone created microwave otherwise i will be doomed.
on the other hand, who loves to eat raw tomato?! *raises hand* i’ve been addicted to these fresh tomato that are directly from my dad’s garden
