we celebrated bubo’s one year birthday yesterday along with easter. we got bubo when he was 8 weeks old. aww those baby photos … i can’t believe he’s already ONE YEAR OLD. where did time go? he’s so cute with his birthday hat

muddy puppies

sunday was such a beautiful day. if you live in iowa city, you jump at every nice weekend coz it doesn’t happen often. we took the dogs for a walk at a trail. much to my surprise, most of the trail is extremely muddy with the smelting snow. we turned out to be a muddy family when we returned. sunday was also misty’s FIRST day walking with a leash. she did really good although at first she refused to walk. contrary to common belief, they actually cuddle up in one bed very often. not because they are cold tho coz they like to snuggle up together.

ever wondered how you can grab streaming audio and convert it to mp3? or how to convert .rm to .mp3? well here’s my way of doing it. you need the wonderful softwere Total Recorder. it allows you to record anything that is played by your sound card. ^_^
download: the version i have is 4.1b standard edition (1.03mb includes tutorial. the actual exe is only 0.98mb)
here’s a short tutorial for how to get started once you have it installed.
Once installed, the first thing you need to do is set your playback to use total recorder

so much going on recently. i just received daynah’s birthday gifts for me. she totally spoiled me!
lots of cute items include cinnamoroll candy, pocky, hellokitty candy, hellokitty dolls, japanese treats and a big and extremely soft pillow. can you guess what is the animal on the pillow?
