这是我中学老师的一封信。他工作的努力我是有亲身经验的。那时他年轻，现在也被不同不可思议的压力弄得不想待在学校了。我不知道这样的例子曾经发生在多少一心工作的人身上。听了真叫人心寒。 …… 刚开学，说起来有很多事要做，但只要过得去把自己的事做好就可以了。在这里我已不可能是以前的“工作狂”了。 现在我一心想的就是尽早离开本校。在这里只要入党（会拍马屁）就有希望做官，做官就能发财，可发号施令做人上人，可随心所欲……校领导父亲病故，学校多次上门慰问，不知送上多少慰问金；我一个普通教师的父亲病故，没人上门慰问，没有一分钱慰问金，直到我上班工会主席才跟我握一下手，表示“慰问”……校领导的工会费扣得少了又少，我一个普通教师的工会费扣得比所有高收入的行政领导还要多。 行政领导受到这位人事干部的恩惠，“经讨论决定”给他百分之三加了工资……我一个普通教师受到不公正对待甚至压制，刁难后多次给市领导写信，给我的回信说是转到了区里，我多次给区领导写信，给我的回信说是转到了教育局，教育局后“督促”被我反映、告状的当事人领导来处理，解决……会有何结果？ 我本人去了市教育局接待处，叫我立刻去区政府接待处，我到了区政府接待处填写了表格，但接待人员坚决要我到区教育局，并无礼地当我面撕了表格……我单单从市教育局到区政府再到区教育局就花了我大半天的时间！真令人气上加气，恨上加恨！学校老师的福利领导可以克扣（我校劳动节、国庆节、元宵节、教师节、元旦、春节等等所有节日一分钱都不发）， 而校领导可以用公款游山玩水…… 要说的三天三夜也说不完！以后我有空尝试用英语多告诉你一些上海教育现况—-一代不如一代，越来越差是必然趋势！ …… 这种事情不得不让我庆幸我不需要在国内发展。因为我是不会拍马屁的人，也很看不起那种人。总以为不管人心怎么腐败，经济的发展总还是值得骄傲的。今天我爸给我寄来的文章说明中国的经济的发展还是比上不足。
